It is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Clean, very nice breakfast setup, has hiking and biking trails along with other things. Close to a nice area with unique shops and restaurants. This place from my understanding use to be closed to the public by now open to everyone. Once the repair on the dam is repair on the lake we will be back. We had only booked for one night and so sad we had to leave.

Nowhere on their website did they mention the lake had no water. They were also doing repairs so the walls had exposed wires. The bathrooms are reminiscent of a hospital bathroom. The rooms are poorly lit with no tv. Lots of history in the buildings just very dated rooms. The breakfast was really great.

The Kanuga is a very quiet place to go on vacation it has a good breakfast…included…clean rooms on a great property close to downtown Hendersonville….they don’t have tv’s in the rooms but there are in common spaces

Loved entire place. Issues with lake damn so wasn't able to see lake with water but understood why. Breakfast was perfect. Didn't like that they didn't have dinner. Not enough guest is why I was told. Had to travel more for food. Highly recommend.

The facility was beautiful. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything was super clean. The AC in the room was a little noisy, I could hear people talking from outside, having earplugs to sleep was helpful. The place feels more like a retreat. Besides the noise, it felt peaceful. No TV in the bedroom.

This property has beautiful grounds,and the front desk staff at check was friendly and cheerful and the breakfast was amazing,! Only thing that was a bit disappointing was the refrigerator in our room had 2 containers left in it and was dirty.
