This hotel was generally a pretty awful beach resort. The beach was quite small, and the property itself is quite tired and in need of serious updates. If you're looking for a cheap getaway with the family, this will fit the bill. But do not go in expecting five star service, and or refined experience. It's a hotel that's old and is tired.

Great place to stay especially with young children. Everything is so convenient. They have many things to keep kids entertained that you never have to leave the property during the day if you don’t want to. There is also a night market close by. Staff are all polite and courteous and the place is kept very clean.

Nice Place

Very clean. Excellent amenities and beach access. Great for kids. The only negative comment is that the western style breakfast was lacking - No proper toaster and the bacon and sausages were soaking in water or brine. Other than that our 5 night stay was fantastic.

Animal Abuse With A View

We stayed here about 15 years ago and it was very dated. Since then, it appears they haven’t updated since then. The hotel is in a great location, fairly quiet, has a nice beach and a nice pool. Tons of amenities as well. However, the animal abuse at the hotel is disgusting. They have deer in tiny little prison cells in the hot sun all day with just sprinklers to cool them down. The cages are so small that they could literally take 5 steps from end to end on the cement floor. How is this even legal and why would anyone take pleasure it witnessing this? Moreover, if you happen to have a room near the deer prison, the horrible smell of the deer urine evaporating on the hot cement makes it almost unbearable to sit on your balcony. It’s disgusting and inhumane. Whoever came up with this sick idea should be fired. Also, the buffet breakfast is hands down the worst buffet I have ever eaten at.

夫婦と子供（5歳）で２泊宿泊しました。 高雄からバスで約2時間半（ケンティン エクスプレス） バス停はホテルの目の前でした。 ホテルの入り口からフロントまでは距離がありましたが、カートでお迎えに来ていただけました。 建物自体は少し古さを感じますが 清潔に保たれておりました。 部屋は天井がすごく高く、ただださえ広いのにさらに広く感じました！ （おしゃれルームではありませんが、十分なきれいさ！） スタッフも皆さんフレンドリーで 快適に過ごせました。 ビーチまでは地下通路？的な所を通って行けるので大変便利でした。（ビーチではパラソルが300元取られますがあったほうが便利） また地下には巨大なゲームコーナーがありまさたが、2日間ともほぼ貸切状態でした笑 （平日だったせいでしょうか？！） 夜は夜市でご飯を食べましたが 割と美味しかったです！ （リゾート地の料金ですが、どこも比較的良心的な値段です） 台北の夜市と比べると道も広いので快適です。 朝食はバイキング形式で種類は豊富にありました！ 日本人に全く出会わなかったので、現地の方の宿泊が多いのかもしれません。 ※隣のシーザーパークホテルは欧米の方が多かったです 総体的に見て良いホテルを選んだと思っています。また機会があれば宿泊したいです^_^

Nice rooms to entertain the children and convenient access to a nice beach, but everything is just in a horrible state, we had to switch rooms due to the shower leaking into the room and the carpets are just shades of grey. Unsure if it's dust or mold but probably both. The restaurant in the hotel itself was also not recommendable in any way, you'll be better off walking 10 minutes to get food outside.

ホテルの方々はとても親切で、過ごしやすかったです。子連れだったので、キッズスペースがあるのが本当に助かりました！とてもお世話になりました。 事前の口コミを見るとスリッパがないことやハンガーが少ないとあったので心配していましたが、オリジナルビーサンが置いてあり、ハンガーもたくさんかかってました。正直なところ、靴下を履きたかったのでスリッパのほうが良かったのですが、口コミの内容を真摯に受け止め、対応されているところが好印象でした。 私たちの泊まった部屋は子どもが楽しめる部屋で、内装もすごく満足でした！清掃も申し分ないです。ただ浴室の天井にたくさんのカビがあるのに気付いてしまい、残念でした。掃除しにくい場所ですが、全体的に時代を感じる建物なので、こういった汚れはそのままにしない方が良いかと思います。 立地面としても有名な夜市まで歩いて行くことができたよで、満足です。少し気になるところもありましたが、懇丁での家族旅行を楽しく過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

星期日入住check in超級慢不知道在慢什麼的，假日人多櫃台請多開放幾個不是讓人全部擠在大廳慢慢等，下午三點開始等了一個多小時才check in完成進到房間。這速度完全不能接受。

不值四星級的飯店

房間已老舊、很多角落都已腐爛或破損。浴室水漬嚴重，無提供室內拖鞋、飲水機很遠（必須走到櫃檯附近）。 房間電視老舊、床組也很老舊。地下街全部關，整體陳舊，掛四星級旅館但整體不到。 全家旅遊有小孩，唯一可以接受是泳池以及直通小灣，其餘乏善可陳。 不再來此住宿。

Wonderful spot and view of the see from our hotel room. The family room was big and child-welcomed. The bathroom on the other side was not so equipped for younger children. AC and an open window to the balcony was the only way to cool down the room, however, no anti-insect-web was kind of the down side. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices on Chinese-cuisine, however, we couldn´t found any simple yogurt. The staffs at the reception were friendly and helpful.
