距離船帆石很近， 最頂樓樓層風景很美， 但玻璃好像很久沒清潔過一樣。 很喜歡房間的搖椅。 對面有停車場但一位難求 浴室的燈已經快沒電力， 在空間很小的浴室還要摸黑洗澡， 半夜被飲水機加熱時的聲音嚇醒， 因為熱水加熱已經噴出外面，一直聽到滴水聲。 冰箱的門老舊，開闔有點鬆，清潔人員未注意到冰箱有上個客人留下的食物。 跟照片上的出路真的蠻多的。

離船帆石沙灘很近，附近就有小七，前面就有許多停車位，直接面海，可以看到很漂亮的海景

遙望美麗的船帆石

面海的房間會是第一選擇，尤其買早餐在陽台享用。 離沙灘也近，走路很方便。 早餐店在隔壁(需自費)。 午餐可以前往香蕉灣『沙灘小酒館』。 晚餐可以前往香蕉灣『本港活海產』。 浴室空間不大，有點可惜。 冷氣空調一床冷一床悶。 墾丁是台灣最著名的渡假聖地，民宿經營者卻少了熱情與用心，未能帶給入住美好的體驗，實在可惜，未來或許能夠改善，帶給入住者美好的回憶。

海景無敵，晚上安靜，可以在陽台看星星，但衛生要再加強

前台接待小姐親切，但退房時前台小姐不同人，問退房房卡如何退還，還ㄧ直坐在前台旁的沙發上，態度不積極。 入住是不含早餐也應該秀在網站上說不提供。 離墾丁大街有一小段距離，開車至少還要十五分鐘。 沒有自己的停車位，停車是大問題，三四點入住時最好就要到，不然對面沒有位置可停。 床軟硬適中，電視台收訊不太好，海景無敵，窗戶邊有灰塵，冰箱旁也有灰塵，水杯有水漬。廁所沒有門，浴缸要放水，水量很小，等水滿要ㄧ點時間。

开始去给我们分到一间一楼的房间 窗外就是另外在装修的民宿 很多民工 下水道还很臭 大概由于台风天别的房间的客人没办法过来入住就让我们现场加价800元换到楼上没有异味的房间 既然房间这个样子就不要拿出来卖了吧 虽然后来换到的房间还不错但是心情不是很愉快
