Warm and kind owner makes you feel happy

Easy access to the beach. Owner makes the breakfast for you and it’s feels like home. 2 water bottles provided but you can always refill water from the main house.

Great stay

The staff was very attentive, helpful and nice. One of the ladies there was so quick when it came to shipping up a delicious. As for the room, it could have felt a bit cleaner. There were ants crawling around done of the walls. The sheets felt somewhat clean but had some previous strains. We loved that there was free parking available and it was situated in a great location close to the township and Kenting attractions.

Perfect stay with amazing host!

So so happy that my girlfriend and I were lucky enough to pick The Red Hotel for a couple nights for our stay in Nanwan! The location and hotel/room were perfect but what made it truly so special was Red herself! A delightful and spirited host with such great energy and view on life. We spent a lot of time chatting especially over her amazing home cooked breakfasts that I just loved. We can’t wait to visit again next trip and catch up with our new friend Red at her beautiful hotel.

Von freundlicher Betreibern sehr gepflegte Unterkunft nahe am Strandbereich. Direkt nebenan hat es empfehlenswerte Restaurants und Bistros. Guter Ausgangspunkt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und Naturschönheiten der Südküste Taiwans.

非常推薦想散步去海邊的人預訂！ 位於南灣對面的紅舍，提供免費停車位，過馬路就到海邊了，好方便！ 重點是房間清潔非常乾淨，赤腳踩在地上就馬上感受到老闆娘的用心（不穿拖鞋都沒問題的乾淨），房間和浴室的空間很大，床是加大尺寸的雙人床，枕頭、棉被睡起來很舒適，我非常喜歡！ 還有提供現做早餐，以這個價位來說實在太划算了，以後到墾丁都會想要再回來住宿 👍

旅店超乾淨,看得出主人很用心在維護跟整理, 距離南灣很近,玩水後可走回民宿門口沖洗, 早餐是阿姨現做的新鮮早點, 新鮮美味看的見 洗髮精/沐浴乳超好洗,蓮蓬頭出來的水也很大,床好睡不會太軟或太硬

住了兩天!只有讚聲不絕!老闆娘小紅非常好客熱情!我們著狗妹妹入住，房間舒適寬敞又整潔，可以感覺狗妹妹-胖胖很快樂。早餐非常豐盛，小紅現場烹飪，新鮮美味好吃又豐富。這個價錢住在墾丁南灣正對面很值得，連續兩天晨起帶著媽媽與狗狗過條馬路就去南灣海灘散步看人衝浪與晨曦，大力推薦喔!

CP值超高的墾丁民宿！！民宿位置就在南灣對面，玩完水可以回民宿沖洗、房間坪數大，老闆娘有潔癖，房間都整理的很乾淨、車子可以停民宿前面真的很方便、老闆娘很熱情。太多優點了！！如果有回墾丁會想再來住的民宿

住宿離南灣海灘進，很方便。住宿環境很舒適，即使住在一樓，他使用氣密窗所以仍然很安靜。 很棒的是他的早餐是管家現煮的，是完整的早餐很舒服。

20200616住了面海雙人房， 透過hotels.com訂房網站預訂， 請各位務必要認真看清楚客房資訊的細項， 名目是面海房（細節的地方寫部分海洋景觀） 所謂部分認真就是十分之一的海景， 若此行的目的是想住打開窗簾看出去就是海景的人其實有更多選擇，或是可以花同等的住宿費用住更符合你需求的民宿，奉勸各位自己斟酌！ 另外最重要的就是，所謂找民宿、飯店就是想出去玩的時候住比自己家品質好、舒適、乾淨的地方，你因為是寵物友善加上所謂「面海房」以及有附早餐，所以一間房間一晚加上寵物300收到快3000，在還沒入住之前覺得性價比很高啊，但入住之後覺得覺得小字勿略啊，同行的也是女生，我們兩個一進去後發現有蒼蠅一隻（老闆娘處理掉了）、也有蚊子（我們自己處理掉），半夜睡到一半起來廁所時發現有一隻巨型蟑螂在我旁邊爬，直接嚇死、試圖自己處理蟑螂還自製肥皂水，但那隻一直躲在木頭層板之間不出來，途中一直有嘗試聯絡老闆娘，但電話都轉語音，不知是開勿擾or關機，同時在跟蟑螂大戰的時候發現床後有蜘蛛網跟一隻蜘蛛，再加上check in時進廁所時發現浴缸裡有一根頭髮，這些都是在蟑螂出現以前我們覺得可以忍受的範圍，這些也不是說你民宿算我便宜就就可以不用注意的細節耶⋯！最後因無法跟蟑螂共枕加上求助無門之下，我們就收拾東西在半夜離開墾丁了...我個人覺得頗花錢受氣的！ 事後有直接傳簡訊給老闆娘說明，老闆娘也有致電來說不好意思，她也住民宿一樓但因「訊號不好」沒有接電話，說她有上去找那隻蟑螂卻沒看到牠的蹤影，也強調他們有潔癖民宿都很乾淨才對，而我們的點是當下沒看到不代表沒有啊，我們一進門時也沒看到，但牠確實在半夜跑出來了不是嗎？另外不論是什麼原因都不應該認為你的住客半夜的時候不會有什麼問題需要你！且老闆娘致電來也沒有提出任何解決方法，讓人有種沒有想解決或根本不覺得你的住客半夜離開是個問題的感覺，感受非常不好！加上原本就沒想把事情鬧大，若跟你反應有蟑螂在你房間，你還是只想澄清你們民宿有多乾淨而不解決，那我們之後的下一個房客也一定會遇到同樣的問題，只是給你的建議，不是所有房客都很好講話，可以當沒事！ 後來也有跟Hotels.com聯絡說明此問題，那最後達成的協議是老闆娘只願意退一半的住宿費，但不包含寵物清潔費，此外，對於hotels.com站在消費者立場設身處地的這個部分感受度特低，傳了影片給平台客服，客服是說看不到沒看到也不想方法解決影片看不到的部分，給各位要入住的人或使用此平台訂房的人一個參考範例，最後還是奉勸大家自己衡量評估一下吧，語畢。
