The location is excellent. Although the motel is an older building, the rooms were exceptionally well-maintained and cleaner than expected, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff's smiles and friendly demeanor left a very positive impression.

I stay in this hotel every time when I go to events at SNHU arena. Great hotel, nice and safe location, clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Panoramic Water Views, waterfront house on French pond
Our stay on French Pond was lovely. The house is cozy with an updated kitchen and bathroom, and the game table was a nice surprise. The foliage on the pond made for a great view.
