"We come here all the time on our way to the Kootenays. I usually give this hotel 5 stars but this time the check in was not great. At check in we were not told about the water advisory not to drink the tap water . There was a warning sign on the side of the desk that I did not see. They should have provided us with bottled water and a note in our room to advise us not to drink the tap water. We usually skip the breakfast here because they don’t serve lattes or cappuccinos and the buffet is not that great. The dinner menu is good and has some healthy Mediterranean food options and lots of variety. There was only one server for the entire restaurant and she was amazing!!!!! The pool and hot tub are wonderful and open year round. The rooms are spacious with great shower and bath and bed. The view of the lake is gorgeous."

"Hi I love staying at this property but I thought they had water filters on their hotel. Their is a water advicery signs all over penticton to boil water. The staff should say do not drink water out of the tap unless you boil the water!!!!"
