The sleeping area seemed clean enough. But the bathroom, particularly the tub looked dirty. There was a dirty ring in the tub that luckily I had some wipes to clean it out. There was also a strong unpleasant odor in the room.

Lack of communication
I booked this hotel the same day. When I arrived, the receptionist told me that they did not have any information in their system showing my reservation even though I have a confirmation number and that I had to call customer service where I made the reservation to get more information. However, after several call attempts, she decided to call for help, which I found helpful because everyone was trying to help us, but at the same time it was inconvenient for us because somehow that same day their system was down and someone at the front office had printed all reservations (including ours) in case the system went down again. The only problem was the lack of communication between them since this cost me almost 40 minutes to 1 hour of waiting. Overall, the experience was great.
