Up to four people can find a place to relax to their heart’s content in the 72 square metres of space. The entire apartment features an open and bright design. Two balconies—an east-facing balcony (7 square metres) and a south-facing balcony (4 square metres)—invite fresh-air enthusiasts and sunbathers to step outside and make themselves comfortable in the chairs. The spacious living room features a comfortable seating area, a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player, and a real wood fireplace. You’re guaranteed not to have cold feet in this apartment, as it’s equipped with underfloor heating. When you get hungry, you can whip up all sorts of dishes in the fully equipped kitchen. Stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, and fine china—it’s all there. And don’t be surprised: while you’re eating, you’ll be right next to the Baltic Sea. In the passageway between the open kitchen and the living room, there’s a lovely dining area with a table and chairs, and in the background, a beautiful pier motif. In the two bedrooms, cosy box-spring double beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m) await to give you a restful night’s sleep and fill your dreams with sweet, colourful visions. Custom-built closets provide space for your wardrobe. Both rooms have a flat-screen TV. The apartment features two modern bathrooms with natural light, each equipped with a shower and toilet. One of them even has a Finnish sauna. We offer parking space number 11 in the underground garage for your car. Upon arrival, towels will be provided and the beds will be made. ***Construction Work in the Area***
Please note that renovation work on a historic villa at a neighbouring property at the rear on Kurstraße is expected to begin around 10.08.2026. In particular, demolition, roofing, and facade work is planned through the end of the year. During the winter months, work is expected to continue primarily indoors. The renovation is currently scheduled for completion in the summer of 2027. No construction work will take place during the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. We ask for your understanding that there may be occasional disturbances due to noise or construction site traffic during the work.
