  • The Villa Doris is a modern city villa in a quiet outskirts with a residential street. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes (1.5 km).
    The holiday complex was completed in 2018 and consists of a main house with 6 exclusive holiday apartments and three high-quality holiday bungalows. The children's playground and a barbecue area branch off to the right from the driveway with sufficient parking spaces.
    There is a communal lounge in front of the main entrance for quiet evening hours.
    The special equipment of the villa includes a sauna and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee (coin operated machine).
    The Morgenrot apartment is located in the basement of the villa. The living room furnished in maritime style convinces with a fully equipped kitchen with dining area.
    A bedroom with TV equipment offers enough space for 2 people.
    The apartment is dog-friendly and particularly invites families and holiday guests who want to spend an exclusive Baltic Sea vacation.
    Parking spaces are located on the fenced property.

Tolle Ferienwohnung. Abgeschlossenes Gelände/Innenhof mit Parkplätzen. Sehr gut gedämmt, Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber hochwertig eingerichtet. Das Sofa ist etwas klein , Platz wäre auch für einen größeres da. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls da. Ein Ruheraum zur Sauna gibt es auch. Das Objekt liegt in einer ruhigen Straße. Zu Fuß ist man schnell beim Bäcker und Discounter. Auch an die Promenade sind es nur 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Moderne, große Ferienwohnung. Absolut geeignet für gehbehinderte Personen. Küche gut ausgestattet. Gute Matratzen. Bett ist etwas höher, gut zum Aufstehen. Genug Schränke vorhanden. Barrierefreie Dusche. Aussenbereich ist sehr gepflegt. Sonne auf der Terrasse morgens, im Juni bis ca 14.00. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem Tal im Wald. Sehr bergig. Kein befestigter Anfahrtsweg. Zum Fahrradfahren nicht so geeignet. Entfernung zum Strand zu Fuß weit. Ca 1,5 km - 2 km. Gute Holzterrassenmöbel. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr guter Service. Wir haben etwas vergessen, wurde uns unentgeldlich zugesandt. Das gesamte Gelände ist umzäunt, Tor kann mit Fernsteuerung geöffnet werden. Ein guter Kinderspielplatz ist vorhanden und die Kinder können auf dem Gelände spielen, Fahrrad fahren, Roller fahren. Sehr kinderfreundlich angelegt. Große Garage zum Abstellen für Fahrräder, Anhänger usw. Mehrere Kohlegrills vorhanden.

Es ist eine geräumige und gut ausgestattet Wohnung. Positiv war der direkte Eingang in die Wohnung. Nachteilig sind die kleinen"Mitbewohner", die durch die Eingangstür von draußen reingekommen sind. Auch wenn die Tür geschlossen war. Die Fliegengitter vor Badezimmer und Schlafzimmerfenster sind hervorragend. Der Mitbewohnerandrang hielt sich aber in Grenzen. Ich kann die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
