Highlight on the Bansiner beach promenade - highest holiday comfort in a perfect top location In the best location of the famous seaside resort is the 2005 dune residence.  Two of the three buildings are directly parallel to the beach promenade - the third house is oriented to the mountain road and offers lovely views to the idyllic Schloonsee. The small garden in the courtyard of the ensemble has been equipped with a fountain of granite blocks. Underground parking, bicycle storage facilities, a washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement.

Enjoy your holiday in a beautiful, modern furnished 3-room apartment (2 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, additional separate toilet) with a lot of comfort in the 1st. OG. Two balconies allow the view of the Baltic Sea and the idyllic Schloonsee.   The modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave leaves all possibilities for your own cooking. A second flat screen in one of the two bedrooms provides for an independent retreat.  Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home.��   In season D, the apartment is bookable weekly, starting on Saturday or Sunday. The use of washing machine and dryer is in the house for a fee of € 4.00 possible. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fee in the golf clubs and until 31. August 2019 a 50% discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the 50% discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
