A magical stay in the attic! Located right under the roof of the house, a stylish 2-room holiday apartment (55 square metres) awaits you, accommodating 2 adults [&] one child up to 16 years old and one toddler up to 3 years old in a travel cot. As soon as you step into the entryway, you’ll discover a beautifully appointed living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen, complemented by a lovely dining area. The designer gas fireplace, which is easy to operate via remote control, not only creates a cosy atmosphere during the cold season but also invites you to linger in the evenings on the comfortable sleeper sofa (which can be used as an extra bed for a child). The living area is well-equipped with multimedia—a Loewe flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player, along with a Loewe radio/CD player featuring an iPhone docking station, leave nothing to be desired. The bedroom, featuring comfortable built-in furniture, a Loewe flat-screen TV/DVD player, and an exclusive Schramm box-spring bed (1.80 x 2 m), has a beautiful balcony (facing west) with two lounge chairs and a view of the seaside resort. The second west-facing balcony (accessible from the living area), furnished with garden furniture, also offers a beautiful view of Ahlbeck and lets you enjoy the Usedom midday and evening sun. For your convenience, the beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. A parking space (No. 7) is available in the underground garage. Upon request, we can provide a travel cot (without mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair for an additional fee. Wi-Fi is free of charge.



***Current Notice: Scaffolding will be erected at the rear building of the Dünenpalais from March 30 to 02.04.2027 in preparation for a planned facade renovation. The scaffolding is expected to be dismantled facade by facade between approximately May 15 and 21.05.2027. Minor inconveniences may occur during this time. The balconies of the attic apartments 24, 25, and 26 will be unavailable during the work. While the scaffolding is being erected, the outdoor parking spaces may be temporarily unavailable during the day. Costs for alternative parking will be reimbursed. Please also note that scaffolding work is already taking place on the front building from March 18 to 25.03.2027. The dates listed are estimates and may change slightly as construction progresses.***


A modern building in a classic style has recently been completed: the Dünenpalais in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. Here, state-of-the-art living comfort is combined with a prime seaside location. The two newly built villas are connected by covered walkways and an lift that also leads to the building’s underground car park (entry height 1.90 m), which also features a bicycle storage room. The spacious 2- and 3-room apartments, featuring sunny balconies and gas fireplaces (some also include a sauna and ocean views), have been beautifully furnished and offer all the highlights for a special holiday. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. In addition, each apartment has its own postbox on the building.
