A holiday apartment you’ll fall in love with! Located right under the roof of the South Wing at the Dünenpalais, our new 2.5-room apartment (75 square metres) welcomes you—perfect for 2 adults and one child up to 14 years old. Beautiful interior design, harmonious colours and fabrics, and high-quality fixtures that perfect every room are what make this apartment so special. The open-concept kitchen with a counter flows into the living area, which features a cosy seating area, a flat-screen TV, and a designer gas fireplace (operated by remote control). This is complemented by the lovely dining area by the spacious window wall. From here, you have access to the sunny south-facing balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture and an XL beach chair and offers a beautiful view of the Seebad hinterland. The bedroom, featuring a double box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.10 m) and great built-in storage, promises a peaceful night’s sleep (a cot can also be set up here). A small, cosy extra room with a single bed (0.80 m x 2.00 m) can be used as a sleeping area for a child. For your convenience, the beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. A parking space (apartment 25) is available in the underground garage. Upon request, we can provide a travel cot (without mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair for an additional fee. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.


***Current Notice: Scaffolding will be erected on the rear building of the Dünenpalais from March 30 to 02.04.2027 in preparation for a planned facade renovation. The scaffolding is expected to be dismantled facade by facade between approximately May 15 and 21.05.2027.. Minor inconveniences may occur during this time. The balconies of the attic apartments 24, 25, and 26 will be unavailable during the work. While the scaffolding is being erected, the outdoor parking spaces may be temporarily unavailable during the day. Costs for alternative parking spaces will be reimbursed. Please also note that scaffolding work is already taking place on the front building from March 18 to 25.03.2027. The dates listed are estimates and may change slightly as construction progresses.***


A modern building in a classic style has recently been completed with the Dünenpalais in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. Here, state-of-the-art living comfort is combined with a prime seaside location. The two newly built villas are connected by covered walkways and an lift that also leads to the building’s underground car park (entry height: 1.90 m), which also features a bicycle storage area. The spacious 2- and 3-room apartments, featuring sunny balconies and gas fireplaces (some also include a sauna and ocean views), have been beautifully furnished and offer all the amenities for a special holiday. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Additionally, each apartment has its own postbox on the building.
