Cozy vacation apartment in Heringsdorf with large garden - only 550 m to the beach

The Becker holiday home is quietly but centrally located in the Baltic Sea resort of Heringsdorf on Labahnstrasse. It consists of a total of 5 separate apartments. Beautiful location close to the beach and many shops in the immediate vicinity promise a successful holiday.

The holiday bridge can be reached via a small staircase. With the size of 70 m², it invites up to 4 people to spend their vacation there. This stylishly furnished apartment has a living room with dining area and a high-quality sofa corner with a large TV. In the kitchen open to the living room you will find all the utensils that meet the highest demands. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable, entry-friendly box spring bed and a TV. Two more sleeping options can be found in the living room on the large pull-out sofa bed. The light-flooded bathroom has a shower.

On the well-tended property with many plants you will find a cozy covered grill hut, where you can also spend a nice evening. Younger guests will enjoy a small playground. In the small fireplace room, you can end the beach days in a comfortable atmosphere.
An absolute highlight is a covered outdoor whirlpool, which can be heated so that it can also be used in the colder months.

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und haben nichts vermisst. Die Fewo ist stilvoll, aber auch praktisch eingerichtet. Auch haben wir alles sehr sauber vorgefunden. Der Strand und die Promenade sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen, mit Fahrrädern kann man die Seebäder und den Rest der Insel noch besser erkunden. Das Team das alles organisiert ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Ein hervorragendes Appartement. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur hat vorbildlich geklappt. Die Lage ist super. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir empfehlen dieses Objekt gerne weiter.

Die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung und der Garten sind sehr liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet und gestaltet. Mein Vorschlag für das Bad und Dusche Es sollte für die Gäste ein PVC-Eimer mit Wischlappen und für die Duschwände ein Scheibenreiniger mit Gummilippe zur Verfügung stehen. Gleichfalls könnte der Hinweis für die Besucher erfolgen, dass die Türen der Duschkabine, nach der Nutzung und beim verlassen der Ferienwohnung, offen stehen müssen. Hier um Schimmelbildung präventiv zu vermeiden. Ein einlaminiertes Schreiben reicht völlig aus, welches im Bad hinterlegt werden kann. Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung.
