  • "Villa Aegir" is a true gem of seaside resort architecture in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Heringsdorf. The 50-square-meter Upstalsboom two-bedroom apartment, usva101, with a sunroom, can accommodate up to 4 people.

    The Location
    The holiday rental is located on the northeast side of the beautiful villa, on the ground floor. The expansive sandy beach and the promenade are just a few metres away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés. There are also a variety of recreational activities available, such as the OstseeTherme, tennis courts, and the sailing, surfing, and kitesurfing school. The popular Heringsdorf pier, with its shops, restaurants, and mussel museum, is within easy walking distance.
