Up to 4 people can enjoy their holiday by the sea here in a unique location between the Baltic Sea and the Schloonsee.<br><br>Location<br>Located in Building 1, facing east, this holiday apartment is on the 3rd floor, in the attic of the popular and family-friendly Seehof apartment complex.<br><br>Amenities<br>The apartment, which offers Wi-Fi, features a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea and Lake Schloonsee.<br>The amenities are complemented by a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer. <br><br>Special Features<br>The complex features a sauna, which is available to you free of charge daily starting at 5:00 p.m. <br>There is an lift in the building. You can use the in-building washing machine and dryer for a fee. An ironing board and iron are available in the laundry room. The apartment is a non-smoking holiday rental where pets are not allowed.<br><br>A parking space assigned to the apartment in the building’s underground garage—which features a double-parking system and a height restriction—can be booked for an additional fee.
