Die schönste Ostsee-Aussicht, die ich je in einer Ferienwohnung genießen konnte! Der Erker mit Aussicht in 3 Richtungen, dass Nachbarzimmer, welches dem Schlafzimmer vorgelagert ist, mit ebenfalls so schöner Aussicht... Wir und auch zufällig getroffene Bekannte aus unserer Heimat (die auf den geplanten Strandspaziergang bei der Kulisse dann verzichten wollten) waren begeistert. Aber auch die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet, groß und von der Raumaufteilung praktisch. Manche Dinge etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Bad, Dusche, Fliessen, Herd), aber gepflegt und sauber. Das ganze Haus (Holzhaus an der Promenade) mit stilvollem, historisch-nostalgischem Charme. Ich reise nicht 2x in die selbe Ferienwohnung - diesmal mache ich eine Ausnahme: Den nächsten Usedom-Urlaub richte ich definitiv nach der Verfügbarkeit dieses Appartements aus!

Eine absolute Traumwohnung mit viel eigenem Charme und dem schönsten Meerblick, den ich mir vorstellen kann. Auch im Winter sehr zu empfehlen! Die Waschküche im Haus ist eine große Erleichterung für Familien, die Lage des Seehofs ohnehin unschlagbar.
