  • Holiday Apartment 21, measuring 63 m², is located on the 2nd floor of the building and features a balcony that offers a (limited) view of the Baltic Sea. This apartment features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette (new since 2020), a dining area, and a fold-out bed, as well as a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with a shower
    . Wi-Fi and an outdoor parking space are available free of charge.



    Centrally located and close to the beach, Haus Miramar is situated directly across from the famous Ahlbeck pier. The town centre is just a few minutes’ walk away.

    Guests can enjoy a wide range of additional amenities in the building, such as a sauna, solarium, and whirlpool (for a fee). A washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are also available. These operate with coins, which you can purchase from the property management office or the caretaker.

    We are partners with UsedomRad, the only one-way bike rental service on the island. Rent a bike (for a fee) from our office and explore the beautiful and diverse “Sun Island” of Usedom independently and flexibly.

    As a spa pass holder, you can also use the buses of the Usedomer Bäderbahn (UBB) free of charge.
