- Located on the first floor of a listed historic villa in the classic seaside resort style, the Luise holiday apartment welcomes up to 6 guests plus a baby with its special charm: solid herringbone parquet floors, high ceilings, an open loggia with columns, high-quality furnishings, and modern bathrooms. The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2025.
The heart of the apartment is a spacious living/dining room with direct access to the 11 sq m open loggia.
The apartment features three spacious bedrooms with high-quality box-spring or upholstered beds (200x180 cm) and blackout curtains.
The two bathrooms, both with natural light, are equipped with spacious walk-in showers measuring 100x120 cm and 90x90 cm, respectively.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room.
