Vacation home Fischerhuus on Usedom with sauna, fireplace and private garden

The Fisherhuus holiday home is located in the heart of the fishing village of Zirchow, right on the Szczecin Lagoon. Enjoy the tranquility of this beautiful village and explore the island of Usedom with all its charming villages and imperial spas.
Our thatched-roof holiday home measures 95 m² and was built on a 592 m² lot. It features 2 parking spaces, a bike rack, and a 16 m² terrace (surrounded by a Frisian wall). It is equipped with patio furniture and a parasol.
The ground floor offers plenty of space for 4 people (plus a toddler in a travel cot). The high-quality living and dining area is perfect for cosy get-togethers. A closed fireplace provides plenty of cosiness on cold winter days. The modern open-concept kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combo, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.
Additionally, the ground floor features a wellness sauna with a walk-in shower, as well as a separate bathroom with a sink and mirror. Guests may use the washing machine in the utility room free of charge. They may also use the provided drying rack, ironing board, and iron. A vacuum cleaner is also available for your use. A large 65-inch smart TV and internet access are at your disposal.
The staircase leads up to the cosy upper floor. The bathroom features a large bathtub directly beneath the dormer window, as well as a spacious shower. Of course, the bathroom also includes a toilet and a sink with a large, lighted mirror. The children’s room has two large single beds (100x200 cm per sleeping surface) equipped with high-quality mattresses. Two linen closets, two nightstands, and a smart TV complete the children’s room. Games are also available there. The master bedroom features a high-quality double bed (180x200 cm), a large closet, and a smart TV. Pleated blinds (blackout blinds in the bedrooms) and insect screens are installed throughout the house. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating, which is controlled by the existing heat pump.
Bedding is included in the price; the beds are made up but can be stripped upon request. Two towels per person are also included.
Outside, you’ll find a newly landscaped Friesenwall terrace that invites you to sit together and relax. Shopping options are available in Ahlbeck, 8 km away—during peak season, a mobile bakery lorry supplies the holiday village with fresh rolls (8–9 a.m.).
