House Ardenne 05 - only a few meters to the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach

The 55-square-meter, two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and can accommodate up to four people. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m) and a small desk. A closet is located in the apartment’s hallway, just a few steps away. The sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping accommodation for the third and fourth guests. A TV and a stereo system are also included. The small south-facing balcony is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. The fully equipped kitchen adjoins the living room and is separated from it by a high counter. Through the apartment’s hallway, you’ll reach the daylight-filled bathroom with a toilet, sink, shower, and heated towel rack.

In addition to the apartment, the separate bedroom (Room 8, approx. 8 square metres) can be used to accommodate a fifth person. The room is located on the same floor and is accessible via the building’s hallway.

A designated parking space is available for your use on the property. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A high chair (located in the building’s basement) and a travel cot with a mattress (but without bedding) are available free of charge in the apartment. A lockable bike storage room, a small fitness room with a ping-pong table, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer are located in the building’s basement and are available for use by guests.

A special highlight of the apartment is a private beach chair included in the rental price, located right on the beach and available to you from May through September.
The communal fireplace room on the ground floor of the house also offers a sea view and guarantees a cosy atmosphere.
