This bright and cheerfully furnished 3-room holiday apartment spans two floors and offers you plenty of space to feel at home and relax. On the lower floor, the light-filled living area—featuring an open, fully equipped kitchenette, two large south-facing balconies, and a guest bathroom—leaves nothing to be desired. Modern, high-quality furnishings and thoughtful details promise a dream holiday. The bedroom with a double bed, a children’s room with a pull-out daybed/double bed, and the bathroom with a shower await you on the upper floor. Upon request, we can provide a travel cot (without an additional mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair (for an extra charge) for our younger guests. For your convenience, the beds will be made upon arrival and towels will be provided.

Surrounded by historic villas and beautiful gardens, this is the perfect place to spend your holiday on the island of Usedom. For your convenience, a parking space is available at the villa. On the property, there is a sauna house available for a fee, as well as a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. The house also features a Wi-Fi network, which is available free of charge.
