The Studio Apartment is 400m away from the beach. The apartment is located in a coach house with a peaceful garden. The garden in front of the apartment is ideal for sunbathing. About the terrace leads directly into the breakfast hall with adjoining kitchen. The daylight bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Arrived Upstairs, a lounge area is for relaxing, from where branching both bedrooms. The highlight has a bedroom with a spacious double bed and an extra balcony. The second bedroom has a comfortable sofa bed, whereby this space can be used also as a living area.

This individual apartment can accommodate up to four people. It has its own parking space on the property and a bicycle shed on the terrace.

Schöne, geräumige Ferienwohnung, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Das Bad ist für 2 Personen groß genug, bei mehr Gästen wäre es uns zu klein gewesen. Die Terrasse haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Durch die ruhige Lage konnte man super entspannen, wenn man mal nicht an den Strand wollte. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben wir vermißt, z.B. einen Salzstreuer, mehr Lappen zum Abwischen in der Küche und einen großen Wischlappen für den Eingangsbereich. Empfehlung für Gäste, die so wie wir viel kochen: Gewürze und Küchenutensilien mitbringen! W-Lan war nur sporadisch verfügbar, Internet übers iPad trotz extra für den Urlaub gebuchter SIM-Karte nicht verfügbar. Wir habens positiv gesehen und uns super erholt. Wer aber drauf angweisen ist, hat da schlechte Karten.Ganz in der Nähe ist übrigens ein Holzofenbäcker mit sehr leckeren Brötchen, Brot und Kuchen. Der Urlaub hat uns deshalb auch einige Kilos beschert, die wir jetzt wieder losweren müssen. Sehr schön auch der zugehörige Parkplatz und die Waschmaschine. Kontakt zu ProHome war jederzeit möglich.

Tolles Objekt mit Terrasse in bester Lage

Alles war rundum einfach super. Das fing mit dem check in an, dass man eine email erhält, wenn die FeWo bezugsfertig ist. Vor Ort ist fast nebenan eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit für Lebensmittel. Der Strand und Ahlbeck Zentrum sind in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Also einfach alles da, was man braucht. Ein kleiner Backofen wäre zwar schön gewesen, aber nicht so wichtig, dass man einen Punkt abzieht. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Die Fewo ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer hat keine Tür bzw. Vorhang o.ä. . Das war nicht unbedingt vorteilhaft, wenn sich 2 Paare die Wohnung teilen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Alles zweckmäßig. Ein bisschen mehr Geschirr hätte nicht geschadet (z. B. nur 2 Sektgläser). Noch ein Tipp: Wir sind durch Stau usw. erst im Dunkeln angekommen und hatten Mühe, uns zurecht zu finden. Ein Bewegungsmelder würde Abhilfe schaffen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt .Die kleineren Schönheitsfehler haben wir übersehen, denn es ist Normal wenn viele Menschen die Unterkunft nutzen . Einen Stern Abzug gab es nur für den Fernseher am Abend war ein Ausklingen nur nur einem massiven Brummen möglich sonst vielen Dank und gern wieder .

Sauberkeit? Na ja, wir sind was anderes gewöhnt. Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig, gerissene Fliesen, schwarze Flecken an Badezimmer Decke(Schimmel?)Risse in den Wänden im oberen Bereich, u.s.w.,Gästebett eine Zumutung für zwei. Wir werden es garantiert nicht noch mal buchen.
