Nice holiday apartment in Ostseebad Bansin on the sunny island of Usedom for rent.
Our apartment is located on the garden floor of Villa Baroni in Seebad Bansin in Seestr. 79th The floor area of the apartment incl. Terraces is approximately 75 m2. Real parquet flooring in the large living room, hallway and the 2 bedrooms. Exclusive French colonial decor. Ideally suited for up to 4 people.
Two terraces belong to the apartment, one of them with a garden.
The apartment has a large living-dining room, two bedrooms (one room with a double bed, one room with 2 single beds).
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove with oven and ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, coffee machine etc.
32 '' LED TV with satellite receiver, Blu-Ray player, stereo with CD.
A bathroom with bathtub incl. Shower screen and two sinks. Separate toilet.
You get your own parking space and the storage space for bicycles in the courtyard of Villa Baroni.
Washer and dryer are in the house (basement).

The overnight price is valid for up to 4 people per night incl. Water, electricity and parking space.
Plus € 60 once for the final cleaning.
A laundry package (bed linen, towels and drying cloth) can be booked optionally for 15 € / person. Pets are wg. the pet allergies of some guests are unfortunately not allowed.
Guests of the Villa Baroni receive a 40% discount on the large golf course in Balm.
WiFi access is free of charge.

Das Haus liegt zentral in Bansin, kurze Wege überall hin. Fahrräder können gesichert abgestellt werden und bei Fragen passt die Kommunikation mit den Verwaltern des Objekts. Gern wieder.

Im wesentlichen gut

Ferienwohnung war gut, alles da, was man braucht. Lage gut, nahe am Strand, viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sauberkeit der Ferienwohnung im wesentlichen in Ordnung, nur die Toilette wurde stiefmütterlich behandelt, alles unter 1m Höhe war unsauber, unter dem Waschbecken, in den Fußbodenecken usw. Die Klobrille und ganz besonders die Klobürste müssten dringend erneuert werden.

Soweit ganz nett

Die Wohnung und die Lage sind ganz wunderbar. Lediglich die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Für die Bezahlung der Endreinigung bezahlt jeder Gast vermutlich den gleichen Betrag. Schade, was aber tatsächlich dafür geleistet wird. Spinnenweben und starke Verschmutzungen in den Ecken in jedem Zimmer bzw. Bad/Toilette. Starker Staub auf den schönen, schweren Vorhängen, der Spiegel am Schrank des Kinderzimmers voller Abdrücke, die Wandfliesen im Raum der Toilette haben schon viel erlebt. Der Grünspan um die Armaturen bildet sich gern langfristig. Abgerundet wird das Bild von dem Umkraut aus den Ritzen und Stufen der Terrasse. Der Mietpreis ist schon gehobenes Niveau, die Räumlichkeiten der Villa sind liebevoll eingerichtet und die Lage wunderbar-nur wenige Minuten zum Strand.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in super Lage

Die Ferienwohnung (Nr. 3) hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Terrasse mit der Wiese davor war für unseren kleinen Sohn ideal. Man ist zwar direkt an der Fußgängerzone, aber dank der Hecke ist es blickdicht. Das Schlafzimmer geht nach hinten raus-da ist es ruhig. Zum Strand und zur Promenade ist’s nur ein Katzensprung.

Wunderbares Feriendomizil

Wir haben hier eine schöne Woche auf Usedom verbracht. Die Villa Baroni ist eine tolle, stilvolle Location und sehr zentral gelegen. Ein paar Fußminuten zum Strand im Strandbad Bansin, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung (3) ist gut und funktional eingerichtet. Sehr angenehm war auch der Buchungsvorgang und der nette Austausch mit den Vermietern.

Großzügige und kleinkinderfreundliche Wohnung in Top-Lage

Haben eine Woche zu dritt in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, ist geräumig und zudem kleinkinderfreundlich. Hervorzuheben ist der Garten, der einem noch einmal zusätzlichen Platz zum Entspannen bietet. Die Wohnung liegt überdies sehr zentral in Bansin - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants/Fischbuden sowie der Strand sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen, das Auto benötigt man daher an sich nicht. Fahrradvermietungen befinden sich ebenfalls in nächster Nähe. Fazit: Top! Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
