The queen of the seas under Bansiner seaside villas! Lust auf Meer!   The house is located in the historic mountain road near the lake road and offers the best conditions for an eventful holiday. After a few meters can be reached, the beach promenade and then the clean, sandy beach. Behind the house begins the magnificent beech forest, which is ideal for walks and bike rides. The apartments offer a nice view across to the sea. Restaurants, cafes and shops are located in the immediate vicinity. Still, you live quietly. An elevator is available. Washer and dryer can be used for a small fee.

This lovingly and high-quality designed 2-room apartment Pinta provides feel-good atmosphere. It has bedroom with TV / living room with large LED TV, double bed, sitting area, separate dining / modern kitchenette with microwave and toaster oven / light shower bath. On the large west-facing balcony you can enjoy with partial sea view warm summer days. You reach your home easily accessible by lift. Washer, dryer (small fee) and garaging for bicycles in the house. On the opposite side of the street bikes can be borrowed. Pets are welcome.   New Wellness: Incl. Free use of the 1,200 square meter KAISER SPA wellness and bathing area in the Hotel ZUR POST, just a 2-minute walk away. Enjoy swimming in the indoor or outdoor pool. Let it go well in the 3 different saunas, then relax in the quiet zone. (Free entrance for two people. etc. During maintenance, overcrowding there is no entitlement to compensation. For each additional person, you only pay a reduced admission price.)   New: Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home.    At this house a free closed garage belongs behind the house (cars up to max. 1.82 m height, 2.30 m width, 5.00 m length). For unloading and loading, you can of course approach the house directly. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fee in the golf clubs and until 31. August 2019 a 50% discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the 50% discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
