The 40 m² attic apartment "Über den Dächern von Ahlbeck" is located only 500 m from the Baltic Sea beach in the center of the seaside health resort Ahlbeck on the island of Usedom and is perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. The modernly furnished holiday apartment consists of a beautiful living/dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as a bathroom and thus accommodates 3 people. Additional amenities include a washing machine and cable TV. Within a 3-10-minute walk you can reach a wide range of restaurants, cafés and bars (250-800 m). The nearest supermarket is also just a 3-minute walk away (250 m), and another is a 9-minute walk away (700 m). Spend the day on the beautiful sandy beach of Ahlbeck (6-minute walk; 500 m) or enjoy a walk along the beautiful promenade to the pier (12 minutes on foot or 1 km). Usedom is famous for its seaside resort architecture and its stylish beach villas. Here you can enjoy carefree holiday hours. It is also worth taking a trip across the border to our Polish neighbours in Swinemünde. Here you can enjoy relaxed shopping and strolling. Swinemünde is only 10 minutes away by car (6 km).

Zu Hause und fast am Strand

Mein Sohn und ich haben uns in der gemütlichen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt: Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten! Der nächste Strand ist der Sportstrand (richtig super auch zum Finden von Spielkameraden), alles in Laufweite. Die Wohnung ist individuell ausgestattet und der Kontakt zur Ansprechpartnerin nett und persönlich. Was will man mehr? Einziger Nachteil bei Hitze ist für manche sicherlich die Wärme unterm Dach (Schlafzimmer) - für uns nicht so schlimm. Wir kommen wieder! Danke für alles.

Wohlfühlen vom ersten Augenblick an

Schon die Bilder im Netz haben uns sehr angesprochen und genauso schön war es vom ersten Moment an. Wir wurden super nett empfangen und hatten jederzeit eine Ansprechpartnerin, die sich sofort um evtl Anliegen kümmerte. Küchenkrepp, Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer, brauchbare Messer und ausreichend Klopapier standen uns zur Verfügung. Für alle Menschen unter 1,75 m (wegen der Dachschrägen) rundum zu empfehlen :-) Vielen Dank für alles!
