VILLA FORTUNA BY THE SEA, Apartment 5

In our opinion, and not only ours, "Villa Fortuna am Meer" is one of the most beautiful houses on the Usedom coast. Located on Bansin's beautifully landscaped beach promenade, it's close to the pier and offers residents a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. It's ideally situated for long walks on the beach and bike rides, as the garden gate provides quick access to the promenade, the bike path, or the beach itself. A bicycle rental is just a few doors down, and a beach chair rental is practically opposite. Restaurants to suit every taste can be found in both directions along the promenade. The apartment includes a parking space, and there's also a covered bicycle storage area on the property.

The sauna has been out of service since the start of the pandemic and will remain closed due to the extremely high energy costs.
