Sehr gut, dass Akkustaubsauger in Wohnung vorhanden ist. Fliesen im Flur müssten neu verfugt werden. Einige Fliesen schon lose beim darüberlaufen Richtung Küche. Ansonsten schönes Objekt und der Spielplatz im Garten wurde von den Kindern auch für sehr gut befunden.

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war aufgrund der Bauarbeiten und des dadurch angebotenen Nachlasses hervorragend. Das Apartment verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir haben uns daher sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Mangel: die Fliesenfugen sollten repariert werden. Die Nutzung des großen, gepflegten Gartens hat uns, aber insbesondere unseren Hund sehr gefreut. Die Vermieter waren sehr sympathisch.

Also habe ich als erstes den Staubsauger geholt und alles nochmal gründlich abgesaugt, bzw Flecken auf dem Boden weg gewischt.
