Stay at the Villa Luise holiday rental in Heringsdorf, a gem among the historic villas built in the classic seaside resort architectural style. Built around 1890, it has been restored to its former glory following extensive renovation and modernization beginning in 2021. Located on a quiet side street in the Baltic Sea resort town of Heringsdorf, the beach, shopping, a bakery, and the train station are all just a few steps away.

Apartment 07 is located on the top floor of Villa Luise and exudes a unique charm. As soon as you step into the 112-square-meter apartment, you’ll feel right at home—and truly on holiday. The real wood parquet flooring in the living areas, combined with the harmonious colour scheme, creates a high-quality overall impression. Lovingly restored wooden beams are found throughout the apartment and guarantee a cosy, inviting atmosphere. Up to five people (including four adults and one child) can enjoy a modern and harmonious holiday home here. The central gathering place—and thus the heart of the apartment—is the open-concept living and kitchen area, which can also be used for work thanks to the desk. The comfortable sofa arrangement is perfect for watching TV together or enjoying a cosy get-together with good conversation. You can use the flat-screen TV with your own Fire TV Stick. Adjacent to the open kitchenette, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances (oven, four-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher), is a round dining table—ideal for home-cooked meals or game nights with the family. In addition to the filter coffee maker, a Nespresso machine is also available for that special coffee treat. One of the apartment’s highlights is the large, adjoining balcony facing southwest, where you can either enjoy the view of the surrounding villas while having breakfast or soak up the sun in the afternoon. Large windows create a bright and inviting atmosphere. Both bedrooms are furnished with box-spring double beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and offer storage space for your holiday wardrobe. The windows can be blacked out for your comfort. One of the bedrooms is also equipped with a bunk bed (length 1.70 m), ideal as a sleeping arrangement for a child up to about 1.60 m tall. An additional flat-screen TV rounds out the amenities in this room. In the master bathroom, holiday dreams come true. You’ll find a bathtub, a walk-in glass shower, a double sink, and a toilet. The wood-heated sauna, where you can warm up after a long walk on the beach, is undoubtedly a highlight and guarantees moments of true relaxation. An additional guest bathroom is available.

Children are welcome guests in this apartment. A dedicated reading corner, as well as books and games, are available. A travel cot with a mattress (but without linens) and a high chair are available on-site and can be provided upon prior request.

An outdoor parking space is included with the apartment, as is free Wi-Fi. Bicycles you bring with you can be parked in bike racks behind the house.
