Chic 4 bedroom apartment for up to 5 people with veranda and TERRACE. The apartment is modern, yet comfortably furnished and comfortably equipped. It will be completely renovated in 2018, with underfloor heating! The apartment has three separate bedrooms (one for one person and one with ensuite ensuite shower room), living room with kitchenette, dining area in the veranda and another bathroom with tub and shower. The apartment also has an entrance hall with cloakroom. From the veranda you can access the furnished terrace and the garden. A parking space is included. The Villa Margarete is slightly elevated in the mountain road, which gives a nice view. The apartment is located on the ground floor, about 300m to the beach promenade. The center and the well-known Ahlbecker pier are about 8-10 minutes walk. Access by car is via Ferdinand Egelinski Street.

Built around 1900 villa in the spa style in the heart of seaside resort Ahlbeck. The Villa Margarete is located in a quiet and yet close to the beach location in Seebad Ahlbeck. The fine Baltic Sea beach can be reached in about 300m. Shops and restaurants are also within easy walking distance. All apartments have a free parking space directly at the house. The Villa Margarete is slightly elevated in the mountain road, resulting in a beautiful view from the old building. Apartments no. 5 to no. 8 are located in the newly constructed building, which was completed in spring 2017. Even train drivers reach the Villa Margarete very comfortably. Access is via Ferdinand-Egelinski-Straße. The parking belonging to the apartment is signposted.

Schöne Unterkunft. Große geräumige Wohnung. Lage perfekt. In einem der Bäder war ein Wasserschaden (vom Dach vermutlich) der schon älter sein muss, da die Türzarge bereits aufgequollen war. In der Anzeige wird WLAN angegeben. Hierbei ist zu beachten, dass dieses Pro Person UND Gerät für 1,50 pro Tag zu erwerben ist. Dieses fanden wir nicht zeitgemäß.Die Lüftung im Badezimmer ist sehr laut, was mit einer Badewanne zur Entspannung nicht wirklich einladend ist.Trotzdem fanden wir es sehr schön

Alles wie erwartet

Saubere Ferienwohnung, schöne Aufteilung der Räume - optimal für Familien. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche (alle da was man braucht und nicht genau abgezählt). was man vllt dazu schreiben sollte das die Wohnung nicht unter der angeben Adresse über das Navi gefunden wird, man steht zwar vorm Haus kommt aber nicht zur Tür. Um zu dieser zu gelangen muss man durch den halben Ort fahren, da die zufahrt (inkl. Parkplatz) an einer anderen Straße liegt.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und sauber, auch die Ausstattung kann überzeugen. Der Kontakt vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es wird sich um alles umgehend gekümmert! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
