In the beautifully furnished 87 square metres of Holiday Apartment 04 on the ground floor of Villa Strandgrün, up to 4 adults and 1 toddler (up to 3 years old in a cot) can quickly leave the stresses of everyday life behind. Bright, harmoniously coordinated colours and comfortable designer furniture create that holiday feeling. The spacious living area, featuring a wood-burning stove and a large dining table made of solid wood, opens onto an open-concept kitchen that turns cooking into a shared experience. It doesn’t always have to be the beach: The spacious south-facing balcony with Bankirai wood invites you to sunbathe and enjoy cosy get-togethers. Two elegant bedrooms with box-spring double beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m)—which can also accommodate a travel cot—ensure a restful night’s sleep. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs. The living room also features a Blu-ray player with CD playback. The apartment has two bathrooms with two spacious showers, two toilets, and a single or double sink. The master bathroom also features a built-in Finnish sauna. A washing machine and dryer are located there as well. The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage. Bicycles can be stored in a separate room. To make your holiday hassle-free, an initial supply of linens is provided for you. As a special treat for your day at the beach, a beach chair is available to you free of charge on the beach from mid-May through the end of September (weather permitting).
