gemütliche Fewo in ruhigem Wohnareal.

Ideale Lage: 100 m ins Zentrum, 200 m zum Strand. Es ist kein Nachteil, dass sich die Fewo nicht in der Villa, sondern im Anbau befindet. Interessenten sollten das im Interesse der Klarheit vielleicht aber wissen.
