Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die sehr zentral gelegen ist. Es sind nur wenige Schritte zum Strand, zum Bäcker und zu REWE ist auch in der Nähe. In der relativ großen Veranda kann man sowohl sehr gut seine Mahlzeiten zu sich nehmen als auch gemütlich sitzen.

Anlässlich meines 70. Geburtstages habe ich 3 Ferienwohnungen in der "Villa Frieda" und eine Ferienwohnung in der "Villa Frohsinn" gebucht und eine wunderschöne Woche im herrlichen Bansin verbringen können. Die Villen befinden sich in der 2. Reihe zum Strand. Ideal für Sonnenanbeter. Bäcker, Gaststätten und Supermärkte sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Der Schlüsselempfang und Abgabe verlief reibungslos, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist vorbildlich. Hierfür ein besonderes Dankeschön. Die verschiedenen Ferienwohnungen sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die integrierte Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Bad, Dusche und WC sind sauber und die gesamte Wohnung einladend aufgeräumt. Parkplätze in der Villa Frieda sind vorhanden und gut ausgeschildert. Alles in allem die" Villa Frieda " zählt als "Geheimtipp"
