Die Ferienwohnung ist richtig großzügig für drei Personen ,modern eingerichtet ,hell und sehr sauber und hat einen separaten Eingang . Zu dieser gehört eine große , sonnige Terasse und ringsum Blumen und Sträucher, die von außen nicht einsehbar ist. Das beste ist die tolle Lage mit direktem Strandzugang. So nahe haben wir noch nie an der Ostsee gewohnt. Wirklich wichtig sind der kostenlose Parkplatz und der abschließbare Fahrradschuppen auf dem Grundstück. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, zumal die Wohnung viel besser ist als auf den Fotos .Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in wenigen Minuten in Swinemünde.

Zuerst das Positive, es hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen und wir sind mit der Abarbeitung der Buchung und der Freundlichkeit sehr zufrieden. Das Gebläse im Schlafzimmer ist störend. Der Schrank im Schlafzimmer bräuchte etwas mehr Lüftung, ist wahrscheinlich bei laufender Belegung schwierig. Der Fernseher war für die Fußball EM unzureichend in der Bildqualität - aber es ist ja nicht immer EM. Sonst ok. Die zwei Tabs für die Geschirrspülmaschine war lustig, konnten wir nicht gebrauchen (da kein Geschirrspüler - ist meines Erachtens auch nicht notwendig. Werde Vermieter weiter empfehlen. Es roch sehr muffig im Appartement bei unserer Anreise. Im Badezimmer extrem. Das war am Anfang unangenehm. Nach dem längeren häufigem Lüften ging es dann. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer quietscht. Ansonsten alles schön.
