"Staff is great, bartender is excellent. Rooms very nice and spacious. Breakfast is good. Only issue is that the valet parking is done with an outside vendor. Very complicated to get your vehicle as you have to sign up in their website, which requires you to share your credit card information with someone you have no idea who it is or how they might use it. Plus, it's $55 per night. Hotel staff graciously handled my complaint and fetched my car, but it clearly is a customer service issue that senior management should handle. I'm guessing I'm not the first person to complain."
"Checking in the staff was very nice and friendly. Christine was excellent she made sure that all our our needs were met. The breakfast area was neat, clean, and had many options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family in the future "
