"No A/C!!! This is a problem. It was on high the whole time we were there and it still never cooled off. We had them come up and take a look. Said the system was old and that’s the best it could do. We had to go to Walmart and buy fans just to sleep. "

"The facility looks new from the outside, bed comfortable but carpet dirty, cribs on the floor definitely housekeeping did not vacuum. Requested a blanket we were given a fitted sheet that we had to pick up the front desk as only 1 person is working. Breakfast ok. Music blasting on the floor we stayed into, no one said anything. We will NOT BE BACK ."

"Overall, I think our visit went extremely well. The staff was helpful and when the coffee pot went out in the room it was replaced quickly. I did feel that the prices of the restaurant, bar, and other facilities were extremely high. Could have used a microwave in the room."

"No hot water for shower. Had to shower in ice cold water. Told we’re working on it, maintenance doesn’t come in until 9:30. Unacceptable and no compensation or apology."

"Big parking lot with a garage next door. The room was spacious except for the air system being two feet from the bed."

"Great staff and room was fantastic. Had to make a change last minute but that was not a problem. Great hot water, micro, fridge. My favorite place to stay when traveling through! Parking within 50 feet of your room. Staff is always so helpful and friendly :)"
