"The staff were rude. The housekeepers didn’t pay attention to the whole room when cleaning. There were tissues in the vent and a bag over the smoke detector. I reported it to them and the only one who did anything about it was Elizabeth and she was the only one who was nice. Then when we were leaving they charged us for towels that we didn’t steal but returned to get clean ones, and a sheet that had an old old blood stain on it from before we got there. They tried to say it was fresh. Then were really rude when I tried to fight it.so we are never going back."

"Room was a bit beat up and the door was louder than usual when closing and didn’t latch. No decaf coffee ( that’s a really nice feature of Hampton inn I count on) and I asked for it. But it required making it and after 45 minutes it still wasn’t made."

"The entire floor and room smelt like pure weed, nothing smelled clean whatsoever. Honestly, I didn’t even want to spend the night there once we got into the room, especially with a child being with me, but it was already too late to go anywhere else after our event. So I stuck it out since it was just one night. But I will never be back there again."

"We emjoyed our stay. Hotel was conveniently located, front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. Our beds were comfortable and the sheets/pillows/towels were good quality, which sometimes isn’t the case in older hotels like this. Knocked off one star because of mildew on our shower walls which should have been addressed but otherwise our room and the hotel itself felt very clean."

"I don’t usually do reviews but this was enough and I give these reviews because of what I had a reservation for and what I actually got for the weekend was not what was in the confirmation. I was suppose to get a superior room with two queen beds, which were actually two full size beds, a mini refrigerator with a microwave, just a refrigerator, multiple stains that could have been cleaned up on the carpet, sticky surfaces, no pool towels, I asked for some and the associate had a blank stair on their face and said let me see if I could find some, 2 mini size pillows on full size beds which should have been queen size beds, the furniture had like a chopped up appearance to it as well. The reason we did not find another place was we had kids and one was sick and we were tired of traveling and figuring rooms out and wanted our sick child to rest finally from the long road trip. This will be the last time with this hotel chain. "
