"Breakfast not included. Pool and jacuzzi, were wonderful! No access to a microwave but the restaurant that is inside the hotel plated up leftovers on real plates, silverware, and linen. And refused any kind of a tip. Staff went above and beyond! "

"The room was extremely clean, bed was comfortable, linens ok. Our extended family stayed in the same hotel, and we enjoyed using the pool area. The adjoining pizza restaurant was convenient, too. Parking and location were perfect. The front desk staff showed interest and concern for our comfort. Overall, a very good experience."

"This is our 'go to' when visiting Dubuque- which we do often. SUPER excited with the renovations being done. LOVE the carpetless flooring. Would appreciate a few more pillows on the bed. Breakfast was great- stocked and cleaned often. Thanks for the great stay! We will be back!"

"Everything about this property was perfect for our annual girls trip - and everyone is already asking when we will return! Spent both nights enjoying the views and a fire, the pool/hot tub, and got competitive in a few rounds of pickle ball and ping pong. Thanks for hosting us!"
