This charming apartment is located on the first floor of a small complex of four apartments, right in the heart of nature and directly at the South Carinthian Pressegger See, close to the Italian border. In winter, the snow is literally at your feet. The nearby Millennium Express quickly takes you to Nassfeld, the largest ski area in Carinthia with 110 kilometers of slopes. For families and beginners, the cozy Weissbriach ski area around the corner is an ideal alternative, while ice skaters can glide delightfully over the ice of lake Pressegger See or the famous lake Weissensee.

As summer arrives, the lakes transform into pleasant swimming spots with officially drinkable water quality. Lake Pressegger See – also known as the "bathtub of Gailtal" – warms up to 28°C and, together with the turquoise lake Weissensee, provides the ultimate setting for swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, and sailing.

The location is also perfect for outdoor adventures. Hike through the spectacular Garnitzenklamm, full of suspension bridges and waterfalls, or discover the bike hotspot of Nassfeld with challenging single trails and routes alongside alpine meadows offering views of the Carnic Alps.
