"Only had one towel in the room, when I asked for another towel I was handed five hand towels. Not the desk clerks fault necessarily , as far as I know that’s all he had available. Mold on shower curtain, the room has not been physically maintained but it did seem that housekeeping was doing the best it can. "

"This property was everything we hoped it would be. The cleanliness was outstanding, and everything was well organized. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen setup gave us everything we needed to prepare family meals, and having bathrooms and living spaces on both levels gave us the room we needed. Having the lake and boat landing so close allowed us to use our boat as much as we wanted, and the crappie fishing was an unexpected bonus. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises."

"The house was perfect for our family - 11 people (toddlers - adults). Check-in was easy, and Jeremy responded quickly to all questions. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to make our meals (nice pots/pans and utensils). The double oven was a bonus. The beds were comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds. We enjoyed the large screen in the basement and comfy seating. We had a minor problem with the air conditioning not cooling the upstairs, but Jeremy had someone out right away to take care of it. We swam, fished, and enjoyed our 12 day stay!"
