The house has three stories. The basement is permanently leased, while the ground floor and ground floor (143 square metres + terraces) are available for your use.

Things to Do
The location is ideal for hikes on high-quality trails (Sickender Höhenweg, Holzlandweg, Premiumweg Pfälzer Waldpfad, and others) as well as mountain bike tours in the Palatinate Forest. You’ll find a very beautiful deciduous forest, for example, at the Horbacher Kopf, just around the corner.
