"Margaret at the front desk was AMAZING! She provided our family with an exceptional level of customer service. I observed her interactions with other customers and she displayed that same tact and high-level of customer service and respect with every interaction. She continuously went to great lengths to make sure that customers felt valued, while helping and ensuring that any issues were resolved. She is a true professional and so pleasant to interact with. It is evident that she enjoys her job too. It is also so easy to observe that Margaret is compassionate, has pride in her work, truly wants to help and knows her job well, doesn’t hesitate to jump in and help, is people-person and an absolute asset at this hotel. Thank you for helping our family when we truly needed it! We also found this hotel to be comfortable, clean, quiet and having lots of options for breakfast at the free buffet. The pool was warm and the lobby was so inviting and spacious. The hotel was updated and modern. We loved our suite, found every spacious for a family of five and would highly recommended "
