    Come enjoy this quiet, hidden property with freshly updated interior on Battle Creek. This three bedroom, two full bath house can accommodate six people. Gorgeous views of the black hills from a lighted deck and yard with an easy private access road.

    Just minutes from Custer State Park, Mt. Rushmore, Badlands National Park and Crazy Horse.

    Our rate is based upon 4 occupants. Our fee for additional folks is $35 per person/night.

Location was perfect for all the sites we wanted to visit- badlands, Custer state park, mt Rushmore, wind cave, and jewel cave. Owner was very responsive. Property is very quiet.

They house was in a nice, quiet location, centrally located to everything we wanted to do in the Hills. Communication with the owner was great. Would definitely stay here again if we are vacationing in the Hills.

Our family was very pleased with the house and location. It allowed easy access to many Black Hills attractions while giving us a peaceful place to relax in the evenings. The morning view off the front deck is beautiful!

Perfect location!

Nestled behind a creek, this house was the perfect spot to act as our base camp during out stay. Close to many attractions and amenities, yet offered solice at the end of a long day. Quiet and Peaceful

The location was secluded but also very a quick drive to the local attractions. Each day, we left early and came back late. It was the perfect spot to rest and rejuvenate for the next day’s adventure.

This rustic home has a unique Rodeo theme to it and lots of space. Very easy to get to wonderful spots such as Mt Rushmore, Hill City, Sturgis or other Black Hills locations.

South Dakota Rodeo

Our family made a two day stop on our way out west. This property is close to many sites. We visited Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse and Custard State Park. Our host gave us several great recommendations. I would love to come back some day and hear stories about the rodeo!

This is the best place in the Black Hills to stay if your wanting quit, wild life every day, and cleanliness. Kelli the host is just amazing if we had questions she answered them and give us ideas besides the well known attraction to see. The beds were super comfortable and the living room was just the right size for our group. Such a fun place to staty. I would recommend this to any one any where.

Convenient Location to everything!

Had a great time. House is centrally located to almost anywhere you want to go, but is private and quiet. Kelli was wonderful and responded to all questions quickly. The bottom floor is mostly underground, so if it snells musty, there is a dehumidifier on the front porch. Totally fine within a few hours of running it. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area!

Even better than we expected.

It was completely private. And such a central location to where we had planned to visit. There were 6 adults and we had plenty of room. Our son-in-law brought his high powered binoculars and he was excited to see some deer. We awoke several mornings to turkey going through the property. We all felt very much at home.

Quaint and Comfortable

My family wanted a cozy place that was secluded and private, while still being close enough to attractions that we could stay and relax or spontaneously go on adventures. This house, surrounded by trees, next to a little creek was delightful. My children played in the water, while we sat on the upstairs porch with coffee in hand. The landlady gave excellent suggestions for activities. The environment even inspired a trip to the Deadwood rodeo. We left satisfied and grateful for our stay.

Fantastic location

Kelli was so kind asking if we needed anything during our stay. The upstairs was welcoming and appears recently updated. The furniture was comfortable and the deck in the mornings and evenings was perfect to wind down and read and recover after going all day to the impressive parks and activities in this corner of South Dakota. We had wild turkey visitors in the mornings and evenings as well. The downstairs seemed to be work in progress. The stairs could be a tripping hazard due to the treads curling up on all edges. I would recommend this rental as an ideal home base for many activities and excursions. Thank you for sharing your home, Kelli.
