I had to leave the room because there was a Mouse in the room near the coffee maker. Hotel staff got me a room in another not so good hotel since they were fully booked, at no cost, but at least they were helpful, of course after I demanded them to get me another hotel. The rest of the hotel was good overall but not 3 stars good, newly remodeled but still a bit dirty.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the facility itself was clean and well maintained. The only downside was that the pool is located in the center of the hotel, so the noise from guests using the pool carries directly into the rooms. It can get quite loud throughout the day and evening, which made it difficult to fully relax at times. Other than that, the overall experience was good.

The Spanish speaking staff managed well with my broken Spanish. They were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very clean, easy to find, with parking in front and a typical hotel breakfast. A comfortable experience.

Excellent, comfortable, and very bike-friendly! Everything about this stay has been great. Comfortable rooms, great AC, comfy beds, and a nice pool area. The free breakfast was a wonderful bonus. A massive thank you to the staff for letting me park my motorcycle inside the hotel—that extra security is amazing. I liked it so much I'm staying another night!

I stayed at Hotel Pitic in Hermosillo for three nights during a 20-day road trip, and it was easily one of the highlights of my journey. The staff was wonderfully helpful, and the property was peaceful and quiet throughout my stay. Special shoutout to the breakfast area—hands down the best breakfast setup I had across my entire 20 days of travel! The pool area was also a great spot to relax. On top of all that, they accommodated my motorcycle by allowing me to park it securely inside the property, which gave me complete peace of mind. Big thank you to the team—I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in or riding through Hermosillo!
