Rooms not bad for the price even the place, but ac they never got it to work and they say they did not have any other room for us, so was realy bad trying to sleep with the heat specially in hermosillo heat

Bien y muy aceptable , pero deben considerar al momento de hacer la limpieza del área de la alberca dejar el arrastre de sillas para el final xq inician demasiado temprano y son sillas de metal que producen demasiado ruido y hay huéspedes que quieren descansar y no estar despierto a las 6 o 7 am

Algunos trabajadores muy amables y otros no nada, ni lo intentaban te hacían mala cara En las fotos de promoción vienen unas cosas y al llegar a la habitación no están como la cafetera había solo 2 enchufes y uno apenas y servía La limpieza muy buena

La propiedad esta muy descuidada,lamparas sin servir,partes de baño oxidadas,camas muy duras,los colchones ya no servian,aparte solo avia como 3 enchufes,uno de ellos para que sirviera tenias ke tener la lus del baño ensendida. La alberca olia mucho a cloro. La verdad las intalaciones estan en muy mal estado,lo unico bueno y agradable es el personal ke son muy amables y que el hotel queda muy serca de todo,muy accesible.

Todos los dias falló la puerteña, no podia abrir con la tarjeta. El servicio es bueno, las toallas rotas y viejas. Es un buen lugar para pasar la noche y estar comodo en la alberca.

Le faltan contactos para cargar dispositivos en la habitacionc solo hay uno en medio de las camas y y uno en el lavabo. Él estacionamiento y el acceso al hotel lo cierran a las 10pm

Se nos asignó una habitación con toallas sucias, el cesto de la basura lleno. Se reportó a la encargada y de inmediato se brindo una nueva habitación. Tienen que tener más cuidado al momento de asognar habitación .
