Room was great for the money! Staff was friendly. Asked for extra pillows, which were not available. We were brought extra blankets instead, which actually helped. Grounds were great. Pool inviting, but we didn't have time to use it.

I'm a regular customer of Hotel San Sebastian. The staff is usually very nice and professional, especially the people at the front counter. However, this time when I checked in, the person at the front counter who helped me was very rude. I was very surprised because I've been staying at this place for years, and the staff has always been very helpful and cordial. I'm going back to Hermosillo on 03/26/2026, but this time I'm going to try another hotel and check how their staff interacts with customers.

Their excellent restaurant has a canned buffet, breakfast, lunch, and dinner… And the facility has a wonderful pool, a pool bar, spacious parking, and is close to some of Hermosillo‘s attractions. The hotel is on the south side of the city so close to desert habitats where you can enjoy some of the birdwatching that Sonora is famous for. All around pleasant Hotel.

This was our second time at this hotel. Perfectly located near the main periferical road in Hermosillo. The rooms are clean, comfy and spacious. Quiet location, great staff. Breakfast is MN320 and is buffet style.
