"The place was great. it was nice and cozy. the hosts were very nice and helpful. a special thanks to Rob he was very helpful when we visited the farm next door. I can not say enough about the property and the surrounding area. we hiked and went to all the suggested wineries from Lisa the host. We went as a family my wife and her sister and her kid and grandkids. great time was had by all."

"The directions were clear, plenty of parking, and a black top one lane road. The property itself was beautiful and well cared for. Clean and comfortably, variety of gathering spaces, and a perfect kitchen nook for playing games. The pool was large, warm, clear, plenty of seating and a diving board. The hotub was clean and the perfect warmth settings. Our stay was 8 woman and we all had very comfy beds. The bunk room is definitely more for teens and kids with a bit harder mattresses. But every other bed was a comfortable soft king size bed. We had plenty of room to cook, play games, dance on the patio decks, and gather to enjoy ourselves. The hosts were thoughtful, kind and easy to get hold of. We highly recommended enjoying this beautiful home and space! Even if it rains, there is plenty to do and an indoor pool. Perfect!"

"Really liked the place! Very clean! Room for everyone for Thanksgiving Dinner. They do need more metal silverware so check on that. Gas fireplace was toasty. Unfortunately weather was just too cold to use lake or hot tub."

"This house has a lot to offer for a bigger group of people, it is spacious enough so everyone isn’t on top of each other. It offers a lot of great amenities and is fully stocked with linens, toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and kitchen utensils (pots pans, plates, bowls, cups). The host is super responsive and accommodating. Plus the views are beautiful. The neighbors houses are a bit close which puts a little damper on the 10pm noise ordinance but overall a 10/10 experience. "

"Great location, beautiful view of canandaigua lake and the Fall foliage was spectacular. The accommodations were exactly as described and all rooms were very comfortable. The entire area is very well maintained and we enjoyed walking. Most mornings and evenings we would see deer in the backyard. Many great restaurants just 20 minutes away in the city of canandaigua. We would certainly consider staying there again if we were in the area in the fall."
