"This is the second time we have stayed in this cabin, and we highly recommend it. The cabin itself is beautiful, comfortable, and quiet, providing a very pleasant stay. The setting is idyllic. Even though it was March, I had to drink my coffee on the porch so I could hear the birds and smell the morning freshness. The train is literally right across the road, but it fits, somehow. I must have taken a hundred pictures of the train in the mist with the trees and the mountain behind it. The little store across the road is fun and has good food. (Try the ice cream - it's delicious!) We highly recommend this stay."

My husband and I enjoyed the view and pool table. We were also able to get out and enjoy the local wildlife: moose, mule & white tail deer. "

"Quiet, peaceful. Million dollar view every morning and evening. Deer and turkeys wandering around. Comfortable furnishings. And still close enough to get to sandpoint in about 35 minutes for restaurants, shopping. Just don't come in September, it's our favorite time to come. Wouldn't want the secret to get out. "
