"Although the entire place was very clean, charging for parking in that area is pushing it a little, the parking could and should be free, this is Reims not Paris. The mattress was extremely hard and not very comfortable and the room was tiny."

"Stayed in this hotel for a wine trip. 5 out of the 6 members of the group chose to stay here and we were all very happy with the accommodations. Room was clean & spacious, staff was friendly & breakfast was delicious. The water pressure in the shower was also amazing. "Situated in a new Aged Care residence. Apartment are designed for seniors with larger accessibility bathrooms. Bland minimalist decor with stark lighting. Only gauze curtains so expect to wake at dawn. Free onstreet parking or parking at property for 5€ per night. Not what I expected. "

"Where to start… arrived having booked and paid for the gite with a kitchen for the two of us and our dog. We are told it’s not available and we’ve been given a room in the main house. That was ok with us (though meant we had to eat sandwiches) but there was no apology or even good customer attitude - just a sense that we had really put them out by booking a room the day before they had a wedding on. We were then shown the room and told not to touch some of the beds as they were already made up for the wedding!! General horror that we had a dog and he wasn’t to touch anything basically. The room itself - plug sockets hanging off the wall, dusty, curtain rail broken. There is basically no sound proofing so we could hear every word spoken by our next door neighbours and other guests. Didn’t complain about any of this by the way but then checking out was icing on the cake - we were asked to pay a supplement for our dog. Now usually of course I’m happy to do this. But when we’ve been given a room that we didn’t book, not had a kitchen to cook in and not had breakfast really anyone with any customer service would have waived this fee surely? She argued with us and was generally really unpleasant. Can’t understand the good reviews of this place honestly one of the worst we’ve ever stayed in. Oh and it’s not a language thing because I speak fluent French. Also we were told not to park our car in the hotel car park as we would get blocked in so had to go and park in the villa"

"This place is a great base for exploring Reims. The air conditioning downstairs does a great job of cooling the main areas, but the second upstairs bedroom doesn't get much airflow, since the other AC unit is located inside the larger room. The only bathroom is downstairs, which could be a slight inconvenience, but it's manageable if you don't mind using the stairs. There's plenty of counter space in the bathroom, which is a nice plus. Overall, the apartment feels spacious and matches the photos accurately."
