The ability to do laundry during our trip was a big plus as well as 4 twin beds for 4 adults with room to spread out. Generally we spent time exploring Acadia and Bass Harbor but having the house allowed a day of relaxation and puzzle assembly for some while others spent more time hiking. Owners were fantastic!! "The house was tucked away off the road in a large opening surrounded by trees. A few deer would visit daily. There were 4 adults in our party. It was nice to relax in the morning having coffee and siting on the outside deck. There are a couple lobster pounds nearby that are excellent. The town of Bar Harbor is about a 30-minute drive. We would stay there again. "
