"The staff was very helpful and responsive. The only serious issue was that the shower in the room had no shower head. Therefore the water poured out of the shower as if it was a hose. Naturally this flooded the floor completely. As we were staying only one night and this occurred in the morning nothing could be done. When checking out the staff was attentive and said they would attend to this immediately."

"Fully renovated room, modern and functional. The hotel has a shuttle to go back to the airport on our early 6:20AM flight. We got picked up at 3:50AM. Also the hotel is in front of where the buses passes to get us to the Grand Plaza. Very convenient."
